    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-165 SO AS TO PROHIBIT A HOSPITAL THAT RECEIVES STATE FUNDS, INCLUDING MEDICAID FUNDS, TO PROVIDE NONREIMBURSABLE, NONEMERGENCY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO AN ILLEGAL ALIEN UNLESS THAT PERSON PROVIDES PAYMENT FOR THESE SERVICES.
