    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Abbeville County, so as to delete the specific locations of polling places for each precinct and provide that the the polling places must be determined by the Abbeville County Election Commission with the approval of the Abbeville County Legislative Delegation.
