    A Bill to amend Chapter 6 of Title 44 of the 1976 Code, relating to the State Health & Human Services Finance Commission, by adding Sections 44-6-310 and 44-6-320 so as to direct the Commission to implement certain changes in the State Medicaid Program, to prevent discrimination against Medicaid patients, and to require the Commission to study the effects of implementing certain other changes in the Medicaid Program.
