    A Concurrent Resolution to express the sentiment of the General Assembly that the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation honor a written commitment made to local Spartanburg officials regarding the relocation of a portion of I-85 in Spartanburg and to request the Department to furnish the Spartanburg Legislative Delegation within ninety days of the adoption of this Resolution a written report as to its plans to update this project to honor this commitment.
