    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-2320, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES' ISSUANCE OF DEALER LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT SHALL SUPPLY AN ADDITIONAL TWO LICENSE PLATES TO A FULL-SERVICE DEALER WHO CAN DEMONSTRATE THE PRESENCE OF A SERVICE GARAGE AT HIS DEALERSHIP.
