    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 17-5-120 so as to provide that records, papers, or reports concerning the death of a person on file at any hospital, nursing home, or other medical facility in this State are available to a coroner of another state if the deceased person was a resident of or is buried in the county in which the coroner serves in the other state, and to provide that the release of these records to that coroner is not prohibited by the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 30 (Freedom of Information).
