    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-101-370 so as to provide that an additional dollar must be added to the ticket price of intercollegiate football games and men's and women's basketball games at state-supported colleges and universities, the proceeds from which must be deposited in a fund separate and distinct from the State General Fund and used for the enhancement of professors' salaries, recruitment, training, and research.
