    A Bill to direct the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to remove from the State Highway System that portion of South Carolina Highway 609 inside the town limits of the town of Pageland in Chesterfield County and to eliminate access from South Carolina Highway 609 inside the town of Pageland to the bypass of South Carolina Highways 9 and 151; and to provide that the portion of South Carolina Highway 609 so removed shall revert to the town of Pageland which shall assume responsibility for maintenance of the portion so removed.
