    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 8-13-170 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO THE DISCLOSURE OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS AND CAMPAIGN PRACTICES, CONTRIBUTIONS, AND EXPENDITURES DO NOT APPLY TO DIRECTORS OF WATERSHED CONSERVATION DISTRICTS.
