    A Bill to amend Section 59-26-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the authority of the State Board of Education in regard to teacher examinations, evaluations, and development, so as to provide that the Board may award a conditional teaching certificate under certain conditions in any certification area rather than only in those certification areas for which the Board has determined that a critical shortage of teachers exists.
