    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-55-130 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM WITH A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER ON STAFF AND WHICH HAS A GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT MAY CONSTRUCT A LINE EXTENSION THAT SERVES OR MAY SERVE MORE THAN ONE CONSUMER.
