    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-14-35 so as to include as an Economic Impact Zone for purposes of the Economic Impact Zone Community Development Act of 1995 a county or municipality any portion of which is within fifty miles of the boundaries of a site under the control of the United States Department of Energy used to produce fissionable material for nuclear weapons.
