    A House Resolution to amend Rule 4.16 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the duties of the House Legislative Ethics Committee, so as to delete the requirement for lobbyists registered with the Secretary of State to file the same information with the Committee and to change the reference to the Rules on disciplinary procedure for attorneys to the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules; and to rescind Rule 3.12, relating to the suspension of members upon indictment for a felony, Rule 10.9, relating to pledges by members to candidates, Rules 11.1-11.10, relating to lobbyists and lobbying, Rules 12.1-12.8, relating to acceptance of compensation, and Rule 13.1, relating to contempt proceedings.
