    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-28-180, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PARENT EXPECTATIONS IN THE "PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IN THEIR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION ACT", SO AS TO REQUIRE SCHOOLS PROVIDE PARENTS WITH A RELATED PLEDGE OF PARENTAL EXPECTATIONS DURING ANNUAL REGISTRATION BEGINNING WITH THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR.
