    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-3620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to approval required to engage in commercial propagation of pen-raised quail, so as to eliminate the approval required of the Senator and at least one half the members of the House of Representatives of the county in which the business is to be conducted; to repeal Section 50-11-3630, relating to exemption of legislation approval for renewal of licenses for pen-raised quail propagation.
