    A Bill to amend Section 1-20-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to termination dates for particular state agencies and the reauthorization of these agencies, so as to delete the South Carolina Coordinating Council for Economic Development from the list of agencies with specified termination dates; and to amend Section 41-45-10, relating to the Coordinating Council, so as to provide that the Chairman of the Council must be appointed by the Governor rather than being the Chairman of the State Development Board.
