Summary: Lee County School Bond Property Tax Relief Act
    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 426 OF 2006, THE "SCHOOL DISTRICT OF LEE COUNTY SCHOOL BOND PROPERTY TAX RELIEF ACT", RELATING TO AUTHORIZATION FOR THE IMPOSITION OF A ONE CENT SALES AND USE TAX IN LEE COUNTY, THE REVENUES OF WHICH MUST BE USED FOR SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION, SO AS TO EXTEND FROM FIVE TO EIGHT YEARS THE TIME THE TAX MAY BE IMPOSED.
