    A Bill to amend Section 22-2-130, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalty for failure to appear for jury service in magistrate's court and the number of times a person may serve on a jury therein, so as to provide that no person shall serve on a jury in magistrate's court more than once every three calendar years rather than once every three months.
