    A Joint Resolution to provide that the estate, heirs, or beneficiaries of classified state employees who were employed on June 1, 1988, and who died after June 1, 1988, but before December 1, 1988, are entitled to the three hundred sixty-five dollar lump sum payment authorized in the 1988-89 General Appropriations Bill, and to provide for the manner in which and procedures under which these payments must be made.
