    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to payments to establish creditable service for purposes of the South Carolina Retirement System, so as to provide that beginning in 1990, military service before July 1, 1956, may be credited without payment.
