    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 17-5-130, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CORONER QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CANDIDATE FOR CORONER IN THIS STATE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH HE SEEKS THE OFFICE OF CORONER AT THE TIME HE FILES FOR THE OFFICE OF CORONER RATHER THAN ONE YEAR BEFORE FILING.
