H 4411 General Bill, By R.B. Brown
    A Bill to amend Section 24-3-210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to furloughs for qualified inmates of the state prison system, so as to authorize the Commissioner to allow periodic visits of an inmate with certain sponsors and provide limitations, and provide that the limitations must be enforced prospectively and not on those prisoners participating in the furlough program on the effective date of this Act.
