    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 1-1-694 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THIS STATE, INCLUDING SCHOOL DISTRICTS, MUST NOT ACCEPT A "MATRICULA CONSULAR" ISSUED BY THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES AS A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION.
