    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-300, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN HAMPTON COUNTY, SO AS TO DELETE POLLING PLACE LOCATIONS IN THE VOTING PRECINCTS OF HAMPTON COUNTY, TO DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER FOR THE MAP ON WHICH LINES OF THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE HAMPTON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND VOTER REGISTRATION, WITH THE APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY OF THE HAMPTON COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION, TO DETERMINE THE POLLING PLACES FOR THE PRECINCTS IN HAMPTON COUNTY.
