    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 24-3-120 so as to direct the State Department of Corrections to revise plans to assure that every able-bodied inmate at correctional facilities is employed at work most suitable for his capacity and most advantageous to the people of this State.
