    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-13-1348, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AUTHORIZED USES OF CAMPAIGN FUNDS AND THE MANNER IN WHICH EXPENDITURES OF MORE THAN TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS MUST BE PAID, SO AS TO DELETE THE TWENTY-FIVE DOLLAR THRESHOLD, REVISE THE MANNER IN WHICH CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURES MUST BE PAID, AND REVISE PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO CAMPAIGN ACCOUNT PETTY CASH FUNDS.
