    A Bill to amend Section 43-5-590, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the powers and duties of the Department of Social Services in accordance with a federally-approved child support plan, so as to provide that a state or local agency, board, or commission providing information under the provisions of this Section may not charge the Department a fee for the provision of this information, except for information or vital records furnished by agencies under federal mandate to be reimbursed for information provided to any federal or state agency.-amended title
