    A Bill to amend Section 58-5-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the exemption of municipal utilities from regulation by the Public Service Commission, so as to limit the exemption to a public utility's operations within the municipality's corporate limits; and to amend Section 58-27-1010, relating to the prohibition on regulation by the Public Service Commission of contracts made by a municipality, so as to limit the prohibition to contracts made by municipality with customers located within the corporate limits of the municipality.
