    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-4070, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF VEHICLE COMBINATIONS THAT MAY BE OPERATED ON THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF INTERSTATE AND DEFENSE HIGHWAYS, SO AS TO REVISE THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF TWO AND THREE UNIT COMBINATIONS ON CERTAIN HIGHWAYS, AND TO DELETE A PROVISION THAT RESTRICTS THE TYPES OF COMBINATION OF VEHICLES COUPLED TOGETHER THAT CONSIST OF MORE THAN TWO UNITS.
