    A Bill to amend Section 14-5-610, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the judicial circuits of the state, the number of judges in each circuit and additional at large circuit judges, so as to provide that the office of each at large judge shall be a separate office and have a numerical designation; and to establish numerical designations for each such office.
