    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-1-231 so as to provide that upon retirement, if vested, any state, county, or municipal employee who is a commissioned law enforcement officer may purchase his assigned service weapon at a cost of one dollar.
