    A Bill to amend Sections 50-17-330, 50-17-360, as amended, 50-17-450 and 50-17-500, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to licenses involving commercial fisheries activities, so as to consolidate certain licenses, delete other licenses, provide for the issuance of a limited number of licenses for the use of set nets and channel nets, to provide an annual license fee for such nets and to prohibit their use after November fifteenth of any year and provide for an individual land and sell license; to amend the Code by adding Section 50-17-505, so as to require a license for using or transporting commercial fishing equipment in an unpowered boat or without a boat; and to repeal Sections 50-17-310, 50-17-320, 50-17-340 through 50-17-350, 50-17-380 through 50-17-400, 50-17-470 and 50-17-1920 of the 1976 Code, relating to certain fisheries taxes, licenses and identification cards.-at
