    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-6840, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT INTENSIVE SUPERVISION SERVICES ARE AMONG THE COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS THE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES; AND TO SPECIFY THAT JUVENILES WHO REQUIRE ENHANCED SUPERVISION, MONITORING, AND CONTACTS OR A HIGHER LEVEL OF TREATMENT MUST BE ASSIGNED TO INTENSIVE SUPERVISION SERVICES AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE SCOPE AND DELIVERY OF THESE SERVICES. - ratified title
