    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-13-937 so as to prohibit a member of the General Assembly from pledging to another member of the General Assembly to vote for a particular candidate for an office elected by the General Assembly in return for that member's pledge to vote for another candidate for that office.
