    A BILL TO REPEAL ACT 159 OF 1995, RELATING TO THE DEVOLUTION OF APPOINTMENTS AND BUDGETARY APPROVALS FOR CERTAIN OFFICES, BOARDS, AND COMMISSIONS FROM THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION REPRESENTING BERKELEY COUNTY TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF BERKELEY COUNTY AND PROVIDE THAT ALL APPOINTMENTS PREVIOUSLY MADE PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONFERRED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 159 OF 1995 SHALL CONTINUE UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERMS FOR WHICH THEY WERE APPOINTED OR A VACANCY OCCURS.
