    A Bill to amend Section 40-29-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the "Uniform Standards Code for Manufactured Housing Act" and the security requirements for licensees, so as to provide that regardless of the number of years a bond may remain in force, the liability of the surety is not cumulative, and to provide for the aggregate liability of the surety.
