    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-15-45 so as to provide that locally operated mental health centers independently may solicit contributions and raise funds for the benefit, operation, and maintenance of the local facility, and to provide for an accounting of the funds.
