    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO INCLUDE CERTAIN DATA FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE MOUNTED VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS IN THE LIST OF SPECIFIC CATEGORIES OF PUBLIC INFORMATION, AND TO PROVIDE THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT MAY APPLY TO OBTAIN A COURT ORDER PREVENTING DISCLOSURE OF THIS INFORMATION IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; AND TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC RECORDS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC BODIES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE ANY AUDIO RECORDING OF THE FINAL STATEMENTS OF A DYING VICTIM IN A CALL TO 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES, TO PROVIDE ANY SUCH STATEMENTS MUST BE REDACTED PRIOR TO RELEASE UNLESS THE PRIVACY INTEREST IS WAIVED BY THE VICTIM'S NEXT OF KIN, AND TO REVISE EXEMPTIONS FOR CERTAIN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY AGENCY RECORDS ALSO TO EXEMPT RECORDS, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDINGS, OR OTHER INFORMATION COMPILED FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES EXCEPT IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
