    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 46-3-290 SO AS TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO ESTABLISH A "CERTIFIED S.C. RAISED BEEF" DESIGNATION AND TO PROVIDE LABELS FOR ANY APPLICANT WHO MEETS THE CRITERIA; AND BY ADDING SECTION 47-17-160 SO AS TO ALLOW BEEF PRODUCERS IN THIS STATE TO CARRY A "CERTIFIED S.C. RAISED BEEF" DESIGNATION.
