    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 41-41-45 SO AS TO CIVIL PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 41, TITLE 41; TO AMEND SECTION 41-41-10, RELATING TO FALSE STATEMENTS MADE TO INCREASE UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, SO AS TO CHANGE PENALTIES FOR A VIOLATION; AND TO AMEND SECTION 41-41-30, RELATING TO FALSE STATEMENTS MADE BY AN EMPLOYER TO PREVENT OR REDUCE AN UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT, SO AS CHANGE THE PENALTIES FOR A VIOLATION.
