    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 526 OF 1996, RELATING TO THE THREE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EACH DISTRICT TO SET BY MAJORITY VOTE A SALARY THAT EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL RECEIVE FOR ATTENDING MEETINGS OF THE BOARD, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH THESE AMOUNTS SHALL BE PAID AND FOR LIMITATIONS THEREON.
