    A Bill to reauthorize for six years the State Board of Registration for Foresters, and to amend Sections 48-27-20, 48-27-30, 48-27-120, 48-27-130, 48-27-140, 48-27-180, 48-27-190, and 48-27-200, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to State Board of Registration for Foresters, so as to add to members of the Board and provide for their terms, to allow an owner of land and their regular employees to do forestry work on the owner's land, to require all applicants for license to take an examination beginning June 1, 1991, to authorize the Board to set fees by regulation, to change sanctions for misconduct and procedures relating to sanctions, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Sections 48-27-195 and 48-27-260, so as to require escrow accounts for deposits by registered foresters and to provide for injunctive relief and civil fines.
