    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 12-43-365 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE VALUE OF TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ANY INCOME DERIVED THEREFROM, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, MUST NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF GOLF COURSE REAL PROPERTY FOR AD VALOREM TAX PURPOSES, TO PROVIDE A DEFINITION FOR "INTANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY" AND TO PROVIDE FOR INCOME AND EXPENSE REPORTING BY GOLF COURSE OWNERS WHEN GOLF COURSES ARE VALUED FOR AD VALOREM TAX PURPOSES USING THE CAPITALIZED INCOME APPROACH. - ratified title
