    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 31-18-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REQUIRED SIGNS NOTIFYING THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF SHOOTING RANGE NOISE AREAS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A COUNTY, MAY, UPON WRITTEN REQUEST OF AT LEAST ONE RESIDENT PROPERTY OWNER WHOSE RESIDENCE IS LOCATED WITHIN ONE MILE OF THE SHOOTING RANGE, DISPLAY THESE SIGNS AT A ONE-MILE RADIUS OF THE SHOOTING RANGE ON ALL PRIMARY HIGHWAYS, AND TO PROVIDE THAT SIGNS PREVIOUSLY REQUIRED TO BE POSTED MAY REMAIN AT THE OPTION OF THE COUNTY.
