    A Bill to amend Section 44-43-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the donations and gifts of all or part of a person's body, so as to provide that the Department of Highways and Public Transportation must note on the donor's driver's license the donation and to amend the Code by adding Section 44-43-50, so as to exempt the Department of Highways and Public Transportation, its officers, and employees from civil liability concerning notation of anatomical gifts.-amended title
