    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-21-149 so as to establish a no wake zone on the Congaree River south of the city of Columbia between the Old Government Locks and the city of Cayce Pumping Station and to require the South Carolina Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources to erect signs informing the boating public of the no wake zone.
