    A Joint Resolution to provide that monuments or memorials erected or constructed honoring public safety or law enforcement officers between January 1, 1993, and December 31, 1993, shall be exempt from sales taxes imposed pursuant to Chapter 36 of Title 12 of the 1976 Code.
