    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 23, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY, BY ADDING SECTION 23-1-200, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THAT EMPLOYS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WHO HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE TRAINING REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 23 OF THIS TITLE WHILE EMPLOYED BY ANOTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION MUST REIMBURSE THE POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THAT EMPLOYED THE OFFICER AT THE TIME OF TRAINING.
