    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-101-375 THEREBY ENACTING THE SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION AWARENESS AND COMPLIANCE ACT SO AS TO PROHIBIT AN INDIVIDUAL FROM ENROLLING IN OR RECEIVING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ATTEND A STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTION OF POSTSECONDARY HIGHER EDUCATION UNLESS THE PERSON HAS COMPLIED WITH THE FEDERAL MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT.
