S 0879 Joint Resolution, By McConnell, Passailaigue and M.T. Rose
    A Joint Resolution to provide that the provisions of Section 12-47-445, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, do not apply to claims for refund resulting from the decision of the United States Supreme Court in Davis V. Michigan as that decision may apply to the individual income tax laws of this State.
